An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with upwards of 5 PQE will help drive the business growth story utilising their know how overseeing process and managing external suppliers. Salary is to £65,000 with comprehensive benefits. 

The successful candidate will join a fast growing real estate investment company and oversee the residential property purchase function. The day to day will see you utilising your Residential Conveyancing experience to drive efficiencies and savings in process, manage a small team of Paralegals and also stay close to external suppliers to ensure the business is getting value for money from its spend. Occasionally you will jump into a matter to clear a bottleneck or drive through a swift completion. Strong communication skills will be employed when communicating with stakeholders and investors.
