THE ROLE:
You will require a solid background and experience in a mix of general company and commercial work. Types of work will include but are not limited to, Commercial contracts, Agreements, Company and Partnership, Transactional, M&A, SME, Joint Venture and Financing, Restructures and Start Ups. It is imperative that the appointed person will be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in all aspects of law involved in the role. The position requires someone who will excel at managing, sustaining and developing client and other business relationship. You will be confident enough to work independently but also as part of a team and able to demonstrate a commercial approach, but also to have a creative mind set and an ability to work collaboratively. You will be keen to build on your role by developing business contacts on behalf of the department and wider firm as necessary.
