Job Details
Our client is a leading Yorkshire law firm with a fantastic reputation for the legal advice that they deliver to their clients. They are now looking to further enhance the services that they provide with the addition of a new Wills, Trusts and Probate Fee-earner, to be based in their Sheffield office. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm, who provide a professional yet friendly working environment.Core Responsibilities:- To advise clients of the firm on a wide range of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters, from inception to conclusion; To take responsibility for your own caseload of matters; To provide a professional service to clients, being able to show empathy when needed and ensuring that you always provide the highest levels of client care; and To work to set targets and always ensure that the latest legislation, case-law and regulatory frameworks are followed at all times.
- Ideally you will have a good degree of previous experience advising clients in this field of law; Ideally you will also be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor; STEP qualified candidates would also be of interest although this is not essential; Excellent client care skills; You will also have great organisation and time management skills; Be able to work to deadlines and also apply relevant case-law and legislation; and Be confident using a range of IT packages including legal case management systems.
