Job Details
Our client is an independent private practice who are seeking a Family Solicitor to join an established team, all at different levels of their careers. The firm have an excellent case management system and this role includes secretarial support. In this fee earning position, the work is all private client and you will be taking over an already established caseload to include:
- Divorce
- Financial Remedy
- Children
- Co-habittee Disputes and injunctions
We are seeking an experienced solicitor, with at least 3 PQE experience in family matters, who is comfortable to work unsupervised, in a collaborative team environment. There is scope for this role to take on a mentoring position for junior staff if this is an area of interest.
You will have advocacy experience, working with counsel and supporting clients in court as well as preparing cases for trial. You will manage your own time recording and monthly billings whilst taking responsibility for costs.
The work environment and offices are spacious, the team is friendly and the position offers complete autonomy to manage your own clients and there is on-site parking, pension, 25 day holiday and discretionary bonus linked to financial performance.
