Corporate Senior Associate

Our client has a widely recognised corporate team within a progressive law firm who typically deal in high value corporate transactions with particular growth in M&A transactions in the insurance industry and in corporate lending. Due to increasing demand, this firm are keen to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE with a strong technical background, good commercial awareness and wide-ranging technical experience.

You will be expected to run your own caseload and be involved in a broad range of work dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions, including:

• Management buy-outs and company re-structuring
• Companies Act related matters
• Drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and other types of business agreements

Specific experience in the insurance industry or corporate lending transactions is a positive and you may have some experience in and be willing to support the wider team in more general commercial drafting and advisory work.
