A fantastic opportunity has become available at a Top Tier, Legal 500 law firm in Central London within their Clinical Negligence department. As the leading clinical negligence and medical law firm in the UK, they are looking to expand their department further with a talented NQ- 3 year PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor. The team you will be joining has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims arising from obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac and psychiatric care.



The Clinical Negligence team has years of experience making a variety of medical negligence cases including but not limited to:
• Accident & Emergency claims
• Cancer claims
• Cerebral Palsy claims
• GP negligence claims


Your role will involve dealing with you own case-load of claims, whilst receiving first class supervision and training. You will also help assist the partner of complex, high value, fatal claims - mainly child brain injury cases.


What the firm is looking for:


• 0-4 PQE with a Medical Negligence background with a focus on birth defects
• Someone that is Highly organised
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
