We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join a highly regarded practice based in Essex and build a Private Client team around them.

£50,000 to £60,000 plus Benefits

Our client is a highly regarded practice that upholds an enviable reputation in Essex and the surrounding areas that is highly regarded for their work in numerous practice areas.

This position would suit an ambitious Solicitor looking to take on challenge of building the firms Private Client offering. As the sole Fee Earner in Private Client in this particular office, there are excellent progression prospects on offer, so this may suit someone who cannot see a clear progression path in their current firm.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work directly alongside the wider private client team in another office and will have the responsibility of developing new clients and leveraging existing relationships and subsequently building a caseload. The department currently offers a wide range of private client services to include:

• Wills and probate
• Trusts and estates
• Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance and claims against estates

Requirements

• At least 5 year's PQE experience
• The ability to generate new business
• Experience in handling and broad range of private client work
• You will be commercially minded and driven to succeed/progress
