Solicitor – Commercial (Technology) – 2-5 PQE – Cambridge – Competitive Salary + Benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercial solicitor, to join a Tier 1 top 100 UK law firm in their Cambridge office.
The team work extensively with technology clients to assist in their growth and development. They have vast experience of restructuring, establishing tax efficient, and robust corporate structures for early stage and developing technology businesses. They advise on angel and venture capital funding for both investors and investees and assist technology businesses on securing, protecting and exploiting their intellectual property.
Ideally you will have 2-5 years PQE with training from a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of commercial / commercial technology.
You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join a successful team in a rapidly growing firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects.
