Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2 years+ PQE West Midlands

Major West Midlands firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their excellent dispute resolution team.

You will undertake and assist on a variety of commercial disputes in this role, including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence claims, insolvency and commercial contract disputes. In addition you may be involved in dealing with some of: property disputes, contentious probate and/or consumer contract matters.

You will work as part of a friendly and dedicated team on larger more complex cases, as well as taking ownership of your own challenging caseload. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to dispute resolution work and will have experience of managing litigation matters, from taking witness statements and instructing Counsel and experts to attending mediations and trials. Advocacy experience would be an advantage.
