The firm

This firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE to join their flourishing Petersfield, Hampshire office.

This role will see you working alongside market leading individuals in the Residential property space. The department is home to a number of fee-earning lawyers from Top 200 and Legal 500 backgrounds due to the quality of work they can offer and the work-life balance that they promote.

You will have a range of work which includes HNW sales / purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, re-mortgaging and much more. You will be expected to run your own caseload and you will be provided with administrative support in doing this.

You will be able to work from home several days a week & work flexibly within the working day.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor and you will be 1+ years PQE
• You will be well versed over a broad array of Conveyancing matters
• You will be dynamic, keen to progress and be ambitious to build a personal brand
