Our client is a long-standing high-street firm who are looking for a full time Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor / Associate to work in their small and dedicated team in Bridgend. This is a permanent, full time role with flexible long term hybrid working and a highly competitive salary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of wills, probate, tax and trust matters.
• Preparing different types of wills including advising upon Inheritance tax planning and risks of death, divorce or bankruptcy.
• Dealing with the administration of estates.
• Dealing with the establishment and administration of trusts.
• Ensure matters are kept up to date in case management system.

Essential Skills and experience:

• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
• Minimum 3 plus years PQE
• You must be confident working in a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and on costs
