The Role:

This is a role for a Residential Property Solicitor of 1-2 years PQE based in the firms Godalming, Surrey Office.

Conveyancing is a core focus for this firm and its team's success has stemmed off the back of the reputation for residential property matters they have. They work across a wide variety of conveyancing matters spanning sales, purchase of both leaseholds and freeholds, new builds, re-mortgages, plot sales, transfer of equity, and much more.
You will be joining a high performing team of 8+ fee earners and work closely alongside recognised partners who will look to help and guide you throughout your early career.

This role has come in line with a period of organic growth with this team now looking to expand its influence upon the region further. Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor and you will be 1-3 Years PQE
• Strong Conveyancing experience working at a city / regional practice
• Excellent client care skills as you build strong relationships.
