This team represents trustees, executors and beneficiaries in complex and high value disputes and have an excellent reputation for the level of client care they provide.

This department comprises of several recommended individuals in the L500, which means you will have the opportunity to learn and develop under experienced partners and senior associates.

It is essential that you have excellent business development skills with a desire to play an active role in growing the team's client base and referral network.

Requirements:

· Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· STEP qualified, working towards or desire to commence the qualification
· Energy and enthusiasm to get involved in business development projects
