The role:

Opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5+ years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry leading team in Newbury.

You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious restructurings and insolvencies, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to deliver pragmatic solutions.

There will also be scope for you to develop and advance your own particular area of expertise with the support of experienced lawyers, many of whom are considered industry leaders.

They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to make a significant contribution to the practice.

Requirements:

· Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge within bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law
· Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding legal services
