The role

The department seeks to recruit a new Real Estate Finance Solicitor into the West End office. They are looking at NQ-3 PQE.

You will work closely alongside the department head, meaning there will be excellent prospects to progress, with a clear path to Senior Associate and even Partnership for the right candidate.

The Real Estate Finance department deals with various clients, including; specialist property funders, equity groups, individual private investors and traditional-style lending organisations, and the traditional Bank sources.

The firm deals with standard funding solutions but is well-known for its forward-thinking, innovative and often unusual financing solutions for clients to assist them with complex and highly technical loan documents. The department is quick to adapt to changes in the market, setting the trend for other firms to follow. You will join a team made up of Banking and Property Finance lawyers.

Ideally, you will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor; however, this is a unique opportunity.
The firm is open to Commercial Property solicitors with some experience in finance work, such as secured lending or bridging loans.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales
• You will be an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor with experience in Real Estate Finance or Commercial Property
• You will be able to manage a varied caseload independently and hold excellent communication skills
