Job Details
A leading Legal 200 ranked law firm are looking to hire an additional Residential Property Solicitor (upwards of 4yrs PQE) as part of ongoing growth in Maidstone, Kent.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of best property teams in the South East handling high quality residential property work. Your role will be to handle all aspects of conveyancing from instruction through to completion. Alongside running your own matters, you will assist the team leader on cases that involve trusts, small options, overage and development, so previous experience in these areas would be ideal.
You must be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer also considered) with 4yrs+ PQE. You'll have gained experience across all aspects of residential property and be technically strong.
