Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Head of Department) - Kent

A well established law firm in Kent are looking for a senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join as the Head of Department. This is a great opportunity for either a Senior Associate or Partner who perhaps has the desire to join a firm where they can really make your mark in a busy/growing law firm.

Your role will be to continue to build/develop the Corporate/Commercial team handling a broad mix of general commercial and corporate matters including commercial contracts, M&A. The firm have a good flow of incoming work, although it would be very beneficial if you have your own clients/contacts, or the ability and drive to generate new work.

In addition to handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, you'll play a key part in growing and management of the team, therefore, supervisory experience is essential.

You must be an experienced Corporate and/or Commercial Solicitor, likely with 5yrs+ PQE gained in a similar role.
