Job Details
This is a 12 month fixed term contract for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a specialist high profile team who deal with all aspects of Court of Protection work, including property and affairs and community care.
It is anticipated the role could well continue beyond the intila 12 month term.
Working closely with the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Major Trauma teams you will build and maintain relationships with clients and their families and oversee management of their property affairs.
Ideally you'll have upwards of 2 years PQE and have worked in a specialist Court of Protection team previously.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Southampton area.
