They have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor of at least 5 years of PQE to lead their Commercial Department in their Battersea Office.

The Role

At present, their Commercial Law offering is intertwinned with thier employment team. As a result of the growing client base and performance of the team, there is now the opportunity to set up a stand alone commercial department.

The team advises on technology and other commercial projects and negotiates the contracts that govern them, from IT outsourcing agreements, software development and deployment agreements to licensing arrangements. In addition, they have developed specialist expertise in bio-technology and notably the law applicable to gene therapies.

The clients are high quality and often international.You will have the full support and assistnance of some great lawyers, paralegas and trainee solicitors.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate looking to make a move to Partnership at a forward-thinking firm based in the City of London.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will be a keen business developer
• In return, you will receive an excellent benefits package and salary is very negotiable dependent on experience/the individual, although it is thought it would be an above industry average figure.
