Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting for a highly accredited and Legal 500 rated firm based in Manchester. They are looking for a Credit Hire File Handler to join their team of specialists. This would be a fantastic opportunity to become part of an incredible team and gain more experience in investigating credit hire claims within a market leading division.

About The Role

The successful Credit Hire File Handler will be involved with the following daily duties:

  • Create initial case strategies following Client Guidelines and reviewing of information available
  • Undertake discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer, Third Party Solicitors and Court Telephone Hearings
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems to ensure completeness of records and aid business decision making
  • Allocate funds to the appropriate client accounts as per agreed procedures to ensure the client and firm receive appropriate payments
  • Adhering to ISO and firm guidelines and values

About You

The ideal Credit Hire File Handler will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong litigation and credit hire experience and knowledge
  • Experience in using MI and date analysis to identify trends, formulate action plans and deliver
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone negotiation skills
  • Strong IT skills including Work, Outlook and experience of a Case Management System
