My client a Legal 500 Law firm with an exceptional reputation in the market are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing legal team. With great transports links to the office and nearby parking, my client offers a great working environment with the flexibility to also work from home.
The role would suite a residential conveyancer who has experience handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties and Limited Company transactions. You must have proven experience handling a range of residential property matters and the ability to progress transactions and manage caseload with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team and in return my client offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays a fully flexible remote working environment, BUPA healthcare, a company pension plus a competitive salary.
