An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a legal 500 law firm within their office based in Chester as they are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing legal firm.
They are looking for someone who wants to progress within their career in conveyancing and they are eager to fill the position as soon as possible.
You would assist the conveyancers in the efficient processing and management of Residential Conveyancing matters including new build properties. You would attend to clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other 3rd parties. Attend to clients, estate agents, solicitors, intermediaries, and other 3rd parties both on the telephone/e-mail and written correspondence within agreed SLA’s.
In return my client is offering BUPA healthcare (dependant on your level) company pension, a competitive salary depending on your experience, option of hybrid working and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
