In this role you will work alongside others in the residential development team on a caseload of commercial property focusing on development matters acting on behalf of house builders, developers, landowners, housing associations and local authorities.
The successful candidate should ideally be 5 - 10 years' PQE. This is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
