Summary:

Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join the Property team of an ambitious law firm based in Exeter. This role would be best suited to an experienced Paralegal who has worked within Residential/Agricultural/Commercial Property and who is looking to further develop their skills in the Agricultural arena. This vacancy may be a good option for someone who has already completed their CILEX studies and will be qualifying as a Legal Executive in the near future.

 

What will you be doing as a Conveyancer?

You will be running your own caseload of matters with minimal supervision You will deal with a range of agricultural, residential and commercial matters from start to finish You will undertake business development and marketing opportunities in order to promote yourself, the department and the firm in general

 

Skills/Qualifications of a Conveyancer:

You will be an experienced Paralegal who has been working within Residential/Agricultural/Commercial Property sectors You may have completed your CILEX studies and are eager to qualify as a Legal Executive in the near future You will be passionate about progressing your career primarily within Agricultural Property with some focus on the Residential and Commercial side You will have excellent communication and the ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
