This firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor 3-5 years PQE to work in their thriving Witney office.

With a client base of estate agents and lots of new build developments going up in the local area, the team are very busy and looking to welcome another conveyancer.

You will work on a mix of residential property conveyancing work and be comfortable running your own files. If you have worked on new builds then this is highly advantageous in light of the stream of property development work coming into the firm at the moment.

As the firm continues to expand its operations, you will have opportunities to progress within the team and take on business development projects to establish yourself within the go-to firm for conveyancing.

Requirements:

· Residential Property Solicitor 3-5 years PQE (or equivalent)
· Confident and able to run your own files
· Interest in business development projects with excellent relationship building skills
