Job Details
Our client is a small high street practice, seeking a residential conveyancer to work as a fee earner in a standalone role with secretarial support. There is plenty of work and new instructions being handled by the Partner and we are seeking someone who is happy to take on the caseload and build relationships with the local agents. The work is varied transactional cases from small flats to the occasional multi-million pound properties. The work will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Right to buy Equity transfers
- Freehold and Leasehold
You will work from instruction through to completion and this firm have a great CMS which will give full autonomy to manage and organise your own work with further support when required from the business owner. The role offers a mix of office and flexible home working, together with laptop, phone, two screens, printer, bonus and pension, as well as local free parking. The role can be offered targeted with bonus potential or non-targeted and the salary will be negotiable accordingly and dependent on experience.
