Real Estate Solicitor A fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor from NQ level to 4 years' PQE to join a leading law firm in their Leeds office. The Firm The firm's Real Estate department carries out a full range of commercial property work for its health, social care and other clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors. they operate from a number of offices throughout the UK and have adopted agile and flexible working. The Role The successful Real Estate solicitor will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for both healthcare and other clients. The role will involve responsibility for a caseload of real estate matters, as well as working closely with the partners and other senior members of the Real Estate team on business development opportunities. The work will involve negotiating commercial leases, development agreements, Sale and Purchase of high value commercial property. The Candidate The Real Estate Solicitor will be expected to have relevant commercial real estate experience. Experience of commercial property within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage, but is not essential, and the successful candidate should be experienced in negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and dealing with high value commercial sale and purchase transactions.
