Childcare Business Support Officer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in South London who are seeking a Childcare Business Support Officer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Childcare Business Support Officer will be required to undertake the following:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Division ensuring that legal processes are observed,
• Support the Head of Legal business in the delivery of legal services,
• Producing reports as required,
• Working knowledge of PD 27A Family Proceedings Court Bundles,
• Attending court to issue applications and lodge documents and bundles,
• Schedule court directions, court dates and other key dates on the CMS system,
• Chase third parties for outstanding documents and/or evidence,
• Assist with police disclosure,
• Deal with internal and external telephone calls.

It is essential you have previous experience assisting busy legal departments and have exposure to family/childcare matters. This role will require office presence.

Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
