TSR Legal have a excellent opportunity for an NQ-2 years pqe corporate solicitor to join a leading firm in Cardiff. This is a great role for a newly / recently qualified solicitor with corporate experience looking for an exciting opportunity at a top practice in Cardiff. The team in Cardiff deal with a wide variety of work and the successful candidate will look forward to joining a national firm.

The Role:
 

• The corporate legal team has the benefit of a national network
• The client base includes large PLC's which provides excellent quality work
• The role provides exposure to a variety of corporate work, ranging from mainstream M&A to corporate reorganisations
• You will work with an established team with an excellent reputation and recognised individual lawyers offering hands on training and support
• You will be encouraged to play a role in business development and to form relationships from an early stage

The Person:
 

• England and Wales qualified Solicitor
• Applications are sought ideally from NQ-2PQE Solicitors who have strong corporate experience
• You will need to have a strong corporate background with a good range of experience to ideally include M&A, private equity, reorganisations
• The successful corporate solicitor should be able to work well with clients and other team members
