Job Details
Our client's New York office is looking for a New York licensed entrepreneurial mid-level associate to join its leading structured finance practice group.
This is an opportunity to diversify and grow in a prominent and lively practice that focuses on securitization and structured finance. This is a global team at the forefront of the structured credit markets, counseling many of the worlds' arrangers and managers.
You will work alongside some of the best recognized finance attorneys on structured credit products and CLO transactions advising investments banks, financial institutions, investments advisors, issuers, investors, and end-suers in a wide array of securitized financial products.
