Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4PQE A superb opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent Top 200 firm in their Birmingham offices. This firm is on the lookout for solicitors with up to 4 years' post-qualification experience, meaning this would be a great opportunity for candidates looking to carve out a place for themselves in commercial property with the backing of a prestigious, friendly firm. The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will deal with all types of non-contentious property transactions, including: leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases.This is a brilliant offer with flexible home working options, with as many as 3 days out of the office.There is a very competitive salary on offer for the right person, along with excellent career progression opportunities and a highly desirable benefits package.
