Douglas Scott has an exciting opportunity to join our client's Real Estate team, as they look for a Real Estate Solicitor in St Albans, Herts.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. They must be highly organised and have a flexible nature, and a co-operative and willing attitude. They must have non-contentious property experience, preferably with residential lease extension and other enfranchisement experience.
As a guide, this role would suit a Solicitor between NQ - 2 years PQE, a good level of commercial property experience gained during your training contract and/or since qualifying, and have a good academic track record.
