Property Legal Executive / Paralegal: Leeds/Hybrid

My client is a UK-Top 100 commercial law firm with a Property department that has experienced significant growth in recent times. There is therefore an opening for a Legal Executive or an experienced paralegal to assist a busy team on a wide range of property law matters. With consistently good rankings within the Legal 500, my client presents a great opportunity for a motivated and committed property law professional to join an award winning firm which employs over 500 people, including over 80 partners.

This role will be based out my client's Leeds office, although depending on the experience of the successful applicant there may be the opportunity for the role to be performed on a hybrid basis. More specifically, the role will involve the successful candidate join my client's Private Sector Commercial Property team.

As part of this role, the successful candidate will work on a wide range of matters within both the Local Government Sector and the private sector. A good level of experience in dealing with commercial and residential property transactions will be required to perform this role and will consist of, but will not be limited to offering advice on residential sales / purchases, acquisition and sales of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and developments both residential and commercial.

Good academics are essential for my client as a pre-requisite for this position. Candidates who have significant experience in title and search review will be considered favourably, as will those who can demonstrate experience dealing with acquisitions work and reporting on title. Candidates will be able to utilise the wealth of experience within my client's team, although my client is preferably looking for a candidate that will be able to work for the most part on an unsupervised basis.
