Job Details
If you are a commercial property solicitor who is keen to take on a new challenge and join a leading, award-winning St Albans-based practice, this opportunity will hopefully pique your interest.
The ideal solicitor will have had a training seat that covered disposals and acquisitions, investment and owner-occupied commercial property, portfolio management and property aspects of company sales and purchases.
The commercial property team advises clients on:
- landlord and tenant work
- high value and complex property development – this work has grown over the last 12 months
- sales and purchases of owner-occupied and investment property
- secured lending
Experience and an interest in business development and marketing would be preferred. Strong academics and experience from a London or leading regional firm will be taken into consideration.
