Job Details
A Legal Auditor or Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 200 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, Top 200 firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Legal Auditor to join their Personal Injury team.
You will undertake file audits on Personal Injury cases to ensure operations can effectively support risk prevention, case progression and Litigation Strategies. You will carry out auditing to help assess process, policy and litigation strategy adherence, spot trends and provide recommendations on how to continually improve the progression of client's cases.
You will work from various reports to assess and manage the risk of certain profiles of cases such as those close to limitation and you will provide guidance and assistance on interpretation of case progress. In addition you will assist with trouble shooting and provide feedback to assist with the implementation of further training where required.
This role would suit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner who is looking to step away from a file-handling role and get more involved with file audits and quality control. Prior auditing experience would be beneficial but this is by no means essential. Any experience working with Proclaim case management system will be a distinct advantage.
