Residential Property Solicitor

Highly regarded law firm, in Chemlsford, ideal  location, is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor.

This prestigious firm has an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer  with 2 yrs PQE+ experience to join the property department.  Working on all forms of residential property matters, you will handle your own caseload (including some very high net worth cases).

You will be confident in running your own caseload of residential sales and purchases from start to finish (freehold and leasehold), also there will be involvement in business development and marketing the department as a whole.
