The ideal candidate 

• A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with at least 5 years PQE  
• A personable, confident and articulate communicator who is committed to providing a high level of client service 
• Will have experience of leading and managing teams and will love motivating people to achieve their goals 
• Will enjoy thinking strategically and interpreting data 
• Will be self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage your time well
