Court of Protection Solicitor

An outstanding North West legal firm are looking to take on a dynamic Court of Protection Solicitor with 4-8 years PQE.  

In this role, you will be responsible for handling some existing court of protection work and have some contacts to build and grow the department further.

You will play an active role in building/moulding your own team around you as Head of Court of Protection.  

In 2020 they were Highly Commended for the Community Award at the British Wills and Probate Awards and in 2021 they were Highly Commended for the Solicitor Firm of the Year in the North at the British Wills and Probate Awards 

The firm has a welcoming and supportive culture and offer their lawyers a great deal of flexibility offering to split your time between office and home working with 1 day required in the office per week and the firm can be flexible on working hours with standard hours at 8:45am – 5:15pm

Commutable from Chester, Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Stafford, North Wales, The Wirral, Shropshire

A qualified Court of Protection Solicitor or legal executive with 4-8 years PQE
