Operations Administrator

A forward-thinking law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Administrator to work within their administration department.

You will ideally have a professional services background.

This role will be based at their Cardiff Bay office on a Monday to Friday full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills, get involved in varied administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth running of the team.

Key responsibilities:

Case management administration including file opening, closures, and archiving

Processing of proxies, post receipt and delivery and proofs

Administering payments

Arranging meetings

Scanning and copying bundles and key court documents

Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of Letters of Engagement

Other general ad hoc administrative duties

About you:

Experience as an Administrator

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft office and other IT packages
