Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A modern specialist residential conveyancing firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE to join their team.  

In this role, you will progress a residential caseload of High Net Worth properties from instruction to completion with the support a legal assistant. 

The firm has a state-of-the-art office in the city centre of Manchester with modern IT systems however the firm aims to support their lawyer's work-life balance and adopts a hybrid working culture meaning you only have to attend the office twice per week for team meetings and training.  

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Manchester  The company & role 

The firm has a very prestigious residential team with all the solicitors having a Legal 500 background and CQS accredited 

The team specialise in high net worth and complex conveyancing matters - no volume or referral work.  

The team are experts within their field and focus on client care and service - quality over quantity.  

The firm has a focus on internal development and training with a bulk of the firms' trainees having all been organically progressed and offered development. 

In the role, you will manage a caseload of 60/70 residential files across sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold with some new build transactions on behalf of investors, whilst maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. 

Commutable from Greater Manchester, Stockport, Altrincham, Warrington, Cheshire and High Peak
