Job Details
We have confidential instructions from a key client of ours in the capital seeking an additional litigator for their highly-rated team. The practice is a well-regarded mid-sized practice with a deserved reputation as an excellent place to work.
The role will include some general commercial litigation work but there will be a focus on high-end class/group action matters. Some experience of representing claimants and acting in class actions/multi-party litigation is therefore essential. Excellent research and drafting skills are also essential, including pleadings, witness statements, and notes of advice.
Applicants should have a good career background at London or rated regional teams, with good High Court civil/commercial litigation experience. You should ideally have between two and four years' PQE, or similar.
