COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - BRISTOL -
Commercial Solicitor / Associate (2+ PQE) -
We are seeking a Solicitor with good quality experience in Commercial matters to join a substantial regional firm and to develop a specialism in the IT/IP Technology and Data Protection fields.
You will need good quality Commercial experience gained at a respected firm, but there is flexibility on experience levels here and we would encourage applications from candidates from a few years PQE upwards to a more senior level.
The role will be mainly non-contentious, providing commercial advice to a fascinating range of clients including household names and highly successful regional and national businesses, covering matters including data protection compliance audits, HR/IT system roll-outs, group data processing arrangements and international data transfer. This very successful team is involved in a wide variety of commercial, procurement and complex contracting work on some of the largest projects regionally.
