High profile in-house legal team seeks an interim lawyer to cover a maternity leave - to 12 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded legal team within a substantial business. Key responsibilities within the role will be to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and provide general contractual advice to the business. Additionally, you will work with key stakeholders within the organisation supporting on matters including marketing, data protection and IP.
The successful individual will have a strong track record in commercial contracts gained either in-house or in private practice. You should be a strong communicator, very commercially aware and solutions focused. You should also possess strong analytical and negotiating skills and be adept at dealing with stakeholders at varying levels.
The role is suitable for UK lawyers only and can be on a full time or part-time basis. If you live commutable to Leeds there is the opportunity to spend time in the office if you wish, but the role can be performed on a fully remote basis. The remuneration package is generous and bespoke to experience.
