Job Details

The Role
*Managing your own caseload of estate administration matters from start to finish, you will provide legal advice to clients throughout their case;
*Drafting all relevant legal documentation for your client;
*Utilising the case management system in order to manage your clients cases efficiently and successfully;
*Liaising with clients of the firm in a variety of different ways, always ensuring that you provide the highest level of client care possible; and
*Working independently but also working as part of a team to ensure that collectively the team develops their knowledge and expertise and provides the highest level of care to clients.
The Person
Ideally you will:
*Have a good amount of previous experience advising clients on probate and estate administration matters, ideally with experience of dealing with taxable estates;
*Be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with STEP qualification;
*Be confident using a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems;
*Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to clients and understand their legal concerns;
*Be a team player, who can work successfully alongside colleagues in the team;
*Have excellent organisation skills; and
*Be able to follow and apply all relevant case-law and relevant legislation and regulations.
