A well-established, Law firm in Cambridge has asked us to find a further Commercial Property Solicitors, or Associate to join its team for a full-time, permanent role.

About the Role

Joining this dynamic and highly experienced team, you will be tasked with managing your own caseload whilst growing and developing further business. Working alongside the Managing Partner, the Commercial Property Solicitor will need to show a solid track record of advising and representing clients on:

• Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions & disposals
• Management of property portfolios
• Land acquisition and disposals
• Property Finance
• Representing Landlords and Tenants
