Legal Cashier

Legal Cashier - Central London 

Our client a Leading law firm in Central London and actively looking for Legal cashier to join the firm. They are an innovative and dynamic full service commercial firm. They are looking for a Legal Cashier with at least one year’s experience to join our growing team.

Our busy team deal with all aspects of legal cashiering, including but not limited to: client and office payments and receipts, residential and commercial completions, billing, online payments, posting disbursements, general queries, purchase ledger, month end balancing and ensuring compliance of both the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the firms internal rules.

You will have a good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and all-round legal cashiering experience is essential.

You will have a flexible approach, be a team player, proactive, friendly, able to deal with all levels of staff and be confident using various IT applications including outlook, excel, online banking and practice management software. Experience in SOS Case Management system is preferred but not essential.

The working environment is friendly, fun and very flexible. Excellent IT skills are essential.
