Group EMEA HR Director Role - London Based

Our client, an international investment strategy group, is searching for an HR Director who will manage HR operations across the Group's EMEA offices, the largest of which is London but also including Paris, Geneva, Monaco, Gibraltar and Tel Aviv. This is an opportunity to build an HR function in a highly successful and rapidly growing traditional and digital asset brokerage business. The Director will report to the Group's Co-Founder in London, and also work closely with the Group's Legal, Compliance, Accounting and COO teams.

Essential Skills & Requirements
* Extensive knowledge of human resources practices and procedures (minimum 5 years working in at least a mid-level role in human resources function)
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Working knowledge of English employment law
* Ability to work across offices and countries
* Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines as well as superior attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Requirements
* Experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
* Experience working with relevant regulatory bodies preferred
* Knowledge of French is helpful but not essential
