JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This firm comes highly recommended in the legal directories, and they have identified the need for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to expand their property disputes department. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be expected to expand their services as well as maintain existing relationships with their loyal client base. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be working on a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters including dilapidations claims, injunctions, boundary disputes and forfeiture/relief applications.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be well versed in property law, a strong litigator and a creative problem solver. You will have excellent business development skills and will be keen on partaking in marketing and networking events in order to establish new client relationships. The appointed individual will have had previous managerial experience, as this role will involve supervising a more junior member of staff. This role can be based in the firm’s London, or regional offices.
