The Role:

This is a first-rate opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a high performing, yet friendly corporate team in the picturesque location of Tunbridge Wells.

Fee earners within this team have access to a broad diet of corporate work spanning all types of transactions from mergers, and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures as well as restructuring and insolvencies. This is serviced from a broad client book ranging from owner-managed and family businesses, SMEs, UK members of large international groups and not-for-profits.

You will be working alongside leading partners who are well respected in the commercial space, growing the team and servicing regional, national and international clients.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Senior Associate of 6+ years PQE
