Job Details
Our client is a notable West End Firm who are looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join their team on a 6-12 month FTC. The contract is ideally due to start ASAP.
The firm is well known for its collaborative working culture and their commercial style. They act for a range of clients to include entrepreneurs, investors, and large corporates.
The property litigation team handles a full range of commercial and residential property disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants. Their expertise covers breaches of covenant, dilapidations, right to manage, service charge disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, business tenancy renewals, The Electronic Communications Code, right to light, as well as residential and commercial possession claims.
Due to growth plans and increasing workflow, the team is keen to bring on board an associate or senior associate with upwards of 2 years' PQE for a contract of 6-12 months in duration.
The successful candidate will join a very highly regarded West End firm, work within a very reputable team and alongside a Partner recognised within the Legal 500. Responsibility will be afforded to the successful candidate from the outset.
Ideally candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand, for example)
- Upwards of 2 years' PQE in handling a diverse property litigation caseload
- Experience gained from City, West End or notable Regional firms
- A genuine interest in joining a collaborative team
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to start a new role at short notice or immediately
- Dedication to commit to a 6-12 month fixed term contract
